Well the big weekend is here, and we have just a few quick things to share with everyone to make the weekend as enjoyable as possible.

First the big concern is the winter storm that might hit us and how bad it will be. Please take your time getting here and drive safe. If there is a problem make sure you have a phone number of someone from your club or use the weigh-in hotline number 913-426-0070.

Second weigh-ins this year are 4 pm to 7pm on Friday night and 6 am to 6:30 am on Saturday morning. If you have travel issues please call the hotline number.

Coaches passes will be handed out at the following times:
Friday 1 to 2:30 in the lobby of Expo Hall.
4 to 7 in expo hall
Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am to 9 am at the pass gate.
To recieve a coaches pass you must have the following: Be on the list of coaches that your club submited this past week, Have a copper/bronze card, and have a USA wrestling coaches card and show a picture ID. During weigh-ins we will set up a line for each district to help speed things up.

Weigh-ins wrestlers need to proceed to there district table to check in and recieve there weigh-in cards. REMEMBER that you must bring with you to weigh-in any special equipment needs to be approved and your skin release form if you have one.

A few changes that you will see this year include moving the Head Table so we can bring our athletes in through the bigger opening for our parades.

A new and big coaches hospitality room can be found in Expo Hall to include a Buffet Lunch for $6.50 per person. I have been told it we be a BBQ sandwich, beans, potato salad, and more. When you pick up your coaches pass please let us know if you plan on eating so we can give the cater a head count.

We have a few more suprises planned for the weekend, but we let you find those out on your own.

As always if there is anything we can help you with or you have a suggestion for us please feel free to stop by the head table and vist with us.

Please have a safe trip to Topeka.
