Illegal moves within the match in which the offended wrestler cannot continue result in a disqualification of "the match" by the offending wrestler. He is not however disqualified from the tournament. In this case since the offending wrestler only lost this match by DQ he gets 2nd place.
Now had that wrestler committed a flagrent misconduct act, then he would have been disqualifed from both the match and the tournament, and would also forfeit and placing he/she might have secured.
