We need three more wrestlers to complete our forth team, Team Kaw! I have received interest from one wrestler fro 152/160 but nothing confirmed yet.

I have posted all four line ups and seven alternates. ALL ALTERNATES will wrestle every round. We will sub in alternates in the starting line ups and the idol wrestler will have the option to wrestle exhibition matches every round. These matches are wrestled in an auxilary gym. This a very nice feature which provides mat time for EVERY wrestler if they want it.

If your name is listed, I am COUNTING on your attendance. If for ANY reason that changes I need to know as soon as possible so I can seek out a replacement.

These lineups are probably not perfect. We evaluated results and asked coaches for their opinions. If you have an issue please email me and I will discuss it with the ranking committee. I am not out to create any ill will, I am just trying to give these kids a positive wrestling experience that they will NEVER forget.


STILL NEED A 152, 160 and 250 to complete the line up for Team Kaw.

My son is a 6th grader that could wrestle 152. He wrestled 150 all year. If you still need a wrestler for that weight, he would like to go! Name is Dylan Gassmann.

I have been in contact with Dalton Luse and Dustin Burliegh for 152 and 160. If Dylan is interested in going as an alternate he would be welcome as I have just a few alternate spots left. He would get 5 to 8 matches. Just be aware that he will most likely be wrestling 14 year olds or 8th graders at that weight. Great experience!

Anyone talked to David Baca from Lakin (state qualifier at 145) or Brentin Hake from Con-kids (3rd at Brute Nationals 8th grade 148)? Both were good wrestlers and could make 152.

Dalton Luse is going to wait until next year. Dalton Burliegh is on. So, still looking for a 152. Either of the above would be great. Have them email me or call me ASAP.

Jacob Brazzle out of Manhattan possibly but not sure if he is still able to make 160.

Just talked to Brentin Hake's Dad, Aaron and he is going to talk to his son and hopefully will be interested.

I have signed up a 160. Still need a 152 and 250.

Brentin Hake and Jarin Brown from Con-Kids fit this too a TEA!!
I will talk to them tonight or tomorrow.
