We are excited that former EKWC member, Zach Roberson, has joined our coaching staff. He will be leading several of our scheduled Tuesday and Thursday workouts for the Spring/Summer season and, he will be a part of our tournament coaching staff.

In addition, Roberson will be offering group training on Mondays. This is a great opportunity for serious wrestlers to learn from one of the best wrestlers to ever come out of the state of Kansas.

Here are the details to Zach’s group training:

Please take note: These sessions are for all ages but not all levels. Wrestlers must be capable of learning techniques at a fairly fast pace, as well as drill effectively for extended periods of time. Workouts will also include live sparring and exhausting conditioning.

Zach’s sessions start Monday, April 13th
Times: 6:30 to 8:00pm Every Monday.
Location: St. James Academy
Cost: $10 per practice.

Zach Roberson
NCAA Champion, Iowa State Univ.
3X NCAA all-American
Big 12 Champion
US Open National Champion
2X Jr National FS Champion
4X HS State Champion, Blue Valley Northwest
159-0 Undefeated HS record!

You mean, "another somebody" to push him hard? Ryne all ready has about 4 to 5 former or current college guys that push him weekly. It isn't like he is "starving" for workout partners at East Kansas by any stretch of the imagination. He has Phippen, Zach Allen, myself, and guys like Nathan McCormick who show up from their colleges on a regular basis when they are in town.
