The votes should be roll call votes and the results should be accompanied by full disclosure of who voted for what. The minutes should be posted within the next two days as well. There should be absolutely NOTHING going on in these meetings that should be withheld from our membership. Prior to the meeting I made it clear I was going to request a Roll Call vote on the State Tournament bid packages. I received resistance. Were you to check with Tuff he will confirm there was a motion made from District 2 for a roll call vote.

The vote on the motion carried however the motion did not receive 100 percent support.

I have major heart burn over a District Director or officer who does not wish to have their vote recorded in the meeting minutes.
