first time here and lost to the number one seed 6-1. now have to teach the kid how to wrestle hard for 3 minutes. i see alot of kids winning off just being strong and not by technique. guess we need to get on the weights.

just want to say I enjoyed my first year at this tournament. Saw some Kansas kids do very well. My son didnt do so well and I hope that it was just due to first year big tournament jitters. Now we know what we need to work on to get to that level. Hope to get back there next year and will be back for Tulsa Nationals later this season.

I was really impressed with Kesean's wrestling at the kickoff. Whenever I watch him wrestle he is always so defensive. Gets a small lead a defends it.
At the kickoff he was WAY MORE agressive in some of his matches. He was attacking and killing some really good kids! His low level single and that duck under he had was awesome. He should really wrestle that way more often.
I think it would better showcase his awesome SKILL!
