Training in Iowa City for the first time since this summer and post surgery. Amazing how soft my skin and body had gotten from a 5 month layoff of hardcore wrestling. Not too far behind and the rust comes off more each day. After being away from the intensity level of the Iowa room for awhile it has let me more efficiently soak it up. Its amazing and someday I hope many of you can see it first hand.
Well I hope to see some of you younger ones at my winter camp! It will be intense compared to your normal practice I can promise you all that.
