If your basing of scores of where wrestlers are placed in the rankings then this is what I come up with. I did it by using a 6 to 1 rank, 1st gets 6 points, 2nd gets 5 and so on.
1. Norton 9 wrestlers with 32 points
2. Goodland 6 wrestlers with 21 points
3. Halstead 3 wrestlers with 15 points
4. Oakley 4 wrestlers with 14 points
5. Smith Center 3 wrestlers with 14 points
6. Central of Burden 3 wrestlers with 13 points
7. Caney Valley 3 wrestlers with 12 points
8. Hoxie 3 wrestlers with 12 points
9. Osborne 2 wrestlers with 12 points
10. Phillipsburg 4 wrestlers with 11 points
11. Wellsville 3 wrestlers with 11 points
12. Ellis 3 wrestlers with 10 points
13. Marion 2 wrestlers with 10 points
14. Minneapolis 4 wrestlers with 8 points
15. Garden Plain 2 wrestlers with 7 points
16. St Francis 2 wrestlers with 6 points
17. Lyons 2 wrestlers 4 points
18. Sabetha 2 wrestlers with 3 points
19. Plainville 2 wrestlers 2 points
