Sparr is not wrestling this weekend.

Harrah cancelled on Tuesday due to budget issues.

Thanks

A nice article for the Brawlers. Hats off to the Ecks and all of the other families who keep that club rolling along and feeding the Andale High program.

Excellent bulletin board material for Taylor Moeder.

He has wrestled twice this year, against WNW and WS. He is dealing with some nagging injuries but plans to contend for the title at 125.

Thanks Chief..
So he is he a 'no-go' for Derby and Newton or is it a week to week deal?

That is a question for Church but I imagine it is week to week. He was not sent in for Derby

That's all I know. Coach Church is the man on that one.

Is the tournament at risk of being cancelled??

If a school is cancelled their team cannot participate, right?????

I believe a school can participate even if their school has been cancelled. I cannot speak if they are considering cancelling the whole tournament or not.

I sure wish our tournaments were on Trackwrestling!

This one is an All-Class rankers dream! (or nightmare...) smile

Most tournaments use another program that has the same capabilities as Trackwrestling but without the cost.

The problem is that there is no other program that does what Trackwrestling does, so all the administrators and coaches that think there is are misstaken. That is why half of the dual and tournament results do not get reported, because those great programs do not put results online. So just keep doing it the old way, the world will pass you by.

Track wrestling is a great way to follow the results of a tournament online in almost real time! The program used for the High school State tournament from Preferred Educational Software also lets you follow along online and seems like a great program. I think the point is that whatever system is used it would be nice for the wrestling fans across the State to be able to follow the tournaments. The reporting of results would be immediate and automatic. Nothing would have to be E-mailed to anybody to post at a later time.

There are at least two other programs that do what Trackwrestling does! Just because most schools don't use all of the functions of those other two programs doesn't make Trackwrestling better or unique.

From above, "Preferred Educational Software", not sure what the exact name of the other is, but they both will do anything that TW will do. All three are basically copies of each other.
