Yes, to all. Especially the last one. PLEASE call stalling sooner and more often. I have been involved in this sport for over 30 years and some (NOT ALL) of the matches were about as exciting as watching paint dry. No offense meant to any of the young men wrestling. It is the ref's job to make them work if they are not working.

Too much just hanging on heads when in neutral position, too much just laying parallel while on top . . . Waiting too long before calling a stalemate. . . .Ugh . . .

Watch the matches that Will posted regarding that Cheesehead Tourney. Those refs kept the action moving and kept it moving fast. If we want our beloved sport to grow, then we are going to have to jack up the pace a bit so any potential new fans are not bore to tears...
