Coach, or anyone, at what time mark does that "Metcalf" action occur in the Derby match? Maybe I'm not watching the right video. (I see now it wasn't in the finals, never mind.)
As you know, in high school, by rule, if your opponent is broken down on the mat you can only hold the heel to the butt for 5 seconds. College doesn't have that rule so if you are going to use "the Metcalf" you've got to be pretty quick or you are going to be running into the 5 second rule. I assume that's what the refs told you or something similar.
