I really liked the tournament especially having the JV teams there in the other gym. The pink singlets that got provided was a great tool as well. Next year though, we don't need to take such long breaks though. Why were they so long?

We found out that we needed two people running the computers and so next year that will be fixed. Our tournament director did an excellent, however.

By the way, we still have two or three spots for next year's tournament.

You have to love getting 4 to 5 matches in one day. The team scoring could be tweaked a bit but an overall great effort by Olathe North!

Sorry if I appear clueless with this question but will this annual tournament continue to support breast cancer awareness? I hope it does. I believe this tournament can get bigger and better each year as this focus becomes more known by the wrestling community.

The boys in the pink singlets during the finals was classic and very meaningful. There was sense of pride because they understood the message. I believe that this irony, tough kids in pink showing support for breast cancer awareness, can only gain in momentum and make others want to be a part.

One recommendation: get a group picture of all the kids in pink and present it to the breast cancer awareness folks. smile

As an inaugural tournament, it was very well run. Yes the breaks were a bit long but I am sure these kinks will be worked out for next year. Just a great event. Thank you!

Wow! Pink singlets? What a cool thing. Please tell me this is original to kansas wrestling. They should come up with some t-shirts on line. Lot's of people have been touched by this and other cancer's, the t-shirts would sell out quickly.

What is Maxwell's record? Any other notable wins?
