Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle SEK Jr Comets Invitational extending deadline

We are extending our deadline to wed. Feb. 10th at 9:00 pm. With some tournaments cancelling and some practices being cancelled tonight due to weather we have decided to extend our deadline. Looks like we are going to have some good Competition coming, we have kids coming from all over, 5 teams from missouri (carl juntion, team central south west, team takedown of joplin, nevada, seneca) Salina, wichita area, kansas city area and of course many from southeast kansas. Remember you can do two tournaments in one weekend, there will be a representative from Fredonia there on Sat. to weigh in kids for the Fredonia tournament on Sun. This is a great oppurtunity to get a whole weekend of good wrestling in. Only 25 miles apart. Hope to see you there.

What tournaments canceled?
I didn't see anything posted or on the calendar or the fourm.

linn county changed their date, not technically cancelled.

We postponed to make it better for everyone. We did not cancel. Our new date is the 27th of Feb.

I AGREE WE HAD A GREAT DAY THERE AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND WAS A GREAT TOURNEY,WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.WE HAVE WRESTLED IN KANSAS SEVERAL TIMES THIS YEAR AND HAVE HAD A GOOD TIME AT ALL,COLUMBUS WAS A GREAT TOURNEY ALSO.
