Ok so to answer why we redo them before the State tourney? I do not know I just do mainly to fix my fouls ups. The amount of time and energy that I put into making the rankings for others is fun for me, I enjoy looking at results and the banter it starts with people.
I do the best I can with the information that is available to me, some coaches do not make my job easier. Maybe it is internet penetration in parts of the state. I never get to see all the wrestlers in the state wrestle, especially those from your part of the state. And I knew there would be upsets at all Regionals and there will be at State that I cannot predict, its a total crap-shoot most of the time!
I hope that wrestlers prove me wrong, most of them my own,and beat wrestlers who are ranked.
I do beleive we have already had this converesation in persaon anyway, the rankings are mostly for the kids and their parents. For coaches they are mostly a headache!
And Mr. Billy "White Asics Tigers Shoes" Johson don't you worry I am gonna keep retooling them and will be keeping my own grade sheet on my performance. I know ya miss me but ya didn't have to call me out on the internet box machine.HAHAHA
