Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School who had the most qualifiers?

How many wrestlers did each team qualify? just name a few if u know.

Hays High qualified 12

Derby has all 14 plus their coaches.

abilene has 7 and i beleive clay center has 11

Blue Valley West Jaguars qualified 13.

I didn't realize their coaches were that good. JJ in case you were wondering (just joking - I don't even text; has that already been used?).

Lawrence High qualified eleven. Great job guys.

yeah lawerence came to wrestle at the regionals and did a good job...SMNW qualified 10

I know two of the SMNW wrestlers pretty well. Both of these gladiators are great kids (young men) and I know that their parents are proud of their accomplishment.

yeah we are proud of all the NW wrestlers...they have came a long way from where they were...and once again i was very impressed with lawerence and think they could place in the top 3 if they wrestle like they did saturday

Wichita Heights - 13 qualifiers

i believe turner qualified 12. i know that regional isn't the toughest but i hope turner is coming back to prominence. the junior high program there was cut a while back and i think that's the main reason that turner dropped from being a 5A contender. then was added a couple years ago so hopefully that starts feeding some quality kids into the program and turner gets back to a trophy level team. i was happy to see them get quite a few in.
