I was at the Hutch tournament as an official and I thought they did a great job not only with administration but with crowd control as well. Too often at tournaments I end up having to push 5 coaches for the same wrestler back off the mat. Now obviously there are circumstances like you described involving multiple wrestlers. I do agree that a tournament should probably give 2 passes to clubs with 5 or less wrestlers signed up. But I have no problem with them charging for additionals beyond the 1 pass per 5 or whatever ratio they setup
