It is senseless for you to attempt to categorize the interest as being only in establishing a program in Norteast Kansas. My suggestion to you would be to join in the efforts as whole.
WSU would an awesome place to have a program as well, I know Vince and the people interested in getting the ground work for D-1 Wrestling in Kansas anywhere, lets not feed any bizarre gerrymandering of interest, it is not there at all.
