Well, I notice that District 4 is unanimously picked as the weakest district. Being from Dist. 4 thats hard to swallow! But yes, I would give the nod to Dist. 2 for the overall toughest district on a cosistent basis. (Windjammer, numbers do matter however.)
I can live with being in whats considered the "weakest" district though, it seems to turn around when it really matters - in High School. Those "weak" District 4 towns like Norton, Colby, Goodland, Hoxie, Scott City, Garden City, etc... sure seem to be pretty tough when it comes time to "step-up" from the kids programs!
