I really don't think there is much separation between the other three districts. My point is that while some years you could switch around districts 3,4 and 1, District 2 always seems to be the toughest. There are some fantastic wrestlers from all of the districts. I can think of kids from all 4 who have placed very high at national level tournaments.

And I certainly agree that when it counts (high school and beyond) District 4 schools do very well.
