It is a great question and being sanctioned by usa wrestling takes the tourney directors choice out of the equation. The rule is that if one kid in the tourney wrestles the day before then everyone in the tourney get a pound. Ottawa does a great job with this event and I thank them cause it as always alot of fun but the rules on this are the rules. By the way, none of my 6 and unders are cutting weight i'm just helping to clearify the rules.
