take rest of 5A and add to top 32 in 4a to make the next 48 team class
Small School Class
Take 16 smallest of 4A and add to to 321 and create Small School Class
Three classes
It appears that you are missing 16 4a Schools somewhere. Check my math:
There are currently 64 4A Schools
32 - are joined by the smaller 5a schools
+
16 - move to 321a
= 48
This would then be missing 16 existing 4a schools, correct?
Did I miss something?
