Baldwin High School standout Josh Hansen signed a letter of intent on April 2, 2010.

Hanson, a three-time state qualifier for the Bulldogs, placed third at state as a senior, owning a 43-9 record. Hanson is one of only seven BHS wrestlers to win 40 matches in a season. He also finished with 126 career wins, placing fifth on BHS' all-time

You can find Josh's announcement in the Local Recruit tab on the Baker University Wrestling Website.

In addition, Coach Jimmy May informed me today of the following recruits that he is signing but the information on these recruits is not yet on the Baker wrestling website.

Logan Gaskill of Emporia High has signed. Logan is a four time state qualifier, two time state placer including a 2010 State Championship this year as a senior.

Josh Haugen a top recruit out of Oklahoma has signed.

Matt Rabinowitz an All American from Louisiana has signed.

Parker Owen a NWCA National Qualifier from Texas has signed.

Austin Hamm a top 215 4A wrestler in 2008 from Spring Hill High School and recently from Pratt CC college will be wrestling at Baker University next year.

Chris Tackett a state qualifier from Texas has signed.

AJ Gassman a state qualifier from Missouri has signed.

Marcus Banducci a two time state placer from Idaho has signed.

I would imagine there will be more details on these last eight recruits on the Baker website in the near future. It does appear however that Coach Jimmy May is having a second great recruiting class.
