so far out of 14 letter of intents signed, only 2 are from Kansas.

This program is being funded by the taxpayers of Kansas.

Shouldn't the taxpayer funded athletic scholarships be awarded to residents of Kansas?

The NJCAA maximum scholarship limit for wrestling is sixteen (16).

Based on the above list, there are two (2) available scholarships.

Ok, so looks like NWKTC is a branch of Arizona it looks like! Is this pretty common though to have more kids from out of state then instate? Look at Oklahoma...I believe they have rarely had Oklahoma kids on roster.

How are the other Junior Colleges or Universities in Kansas ranking in terms of recruiting class being mainly from inside the state of Kansas?
