Will,If Dist. 1 is so tough, why does Dist. 2 win the medal count at State? I guess it's the price we pay for living in the country?
Where would one find a medal count by district? And toughness isn't the case I'm hearing if anyone was worried about how tough d2 is, they would just leave it the way it is not motion change it. Thou I've come to understand the reasoning behind it I don't see a solution. Maybe leave districts alone and take top 5 to state????????
