Thanks to Eric for all his hard work getting the top 10 together......now lets hear who is poised to crack it.

The only example I have from last year was Pittsburg 285 Beau Bennett, 5A Champ as Senior....As a Junior he went 2 and out at 215 at State Tourney......Was not ranked in 5A KWCA, or on Chief's list till late in the season.

I know there are some kids in the shadows looking to make their mark this year.

Could it be Broc Bennett (PT)?

Or Spencer Wilson (LFS)?

Or Chase Woofter (SME)?

Two I think could make their way on the list...I don't know em' at all.......but watched them last year and was impressed.

Jordan Oslidal – Ottawa 215, Kid has a real motor, strong and aggressive.

Jessie Austin - Baldwin 285, Big, strong and quick for his size.

Two i can think of are
Devin webber- Wichita south 140 (i think) he took 4th in a good 125 bracket and took 4th at brute 135. while also beating and competing with good wrestlers at 130 and beat brandon vazquez who took 4th at 130

and Justyn Martinez who had a bad state run but won kids state and brute and has completed for a spot on the podem but i think he will have a good year my guess for him is 119.

Purple Dad,

The Siale kid from Chapparral was another kid that probably wasn't ranked and wound up making a name for himself. Had a ho-hum record of 17-15 or something at made it to state as a sophomore and went 0-2 I believe, then turns around and becomes a top tier athlete.
