UMS Topeka's premier MMA Gym would like to invite all area wrestlers to participate in our open practice nights starting Wednesday October 6TH. We will be practicing every Monday and Wednesday at six oclock throughout the wrestling season. Last year we had some very talented wrestlers participate in this practice and with the help of local clubs and coaches we put together a very competitive room.
