I'd love to hear the justification for this rule. Certainly doesn't appear to favor the athlete in any way.
That dang thing reads like the Health care bill. You gotta have a PHD to understand it. All I have is a GED, bad disposition and anger management issues. Couple that with a complete lack of respect for authority and lets just say I don't like the rule. Or being told what we can or can't do.
