From what I can see and know, Kevin Perez of JC should be ranked at 103 easily. He lost to Bonilla 8-4 and Morrow 3-1 at HS state. Am I missing something here?

Lol. Another ridiculous Richard Salyer post. His coach told me that he can't make 103 and 119 is too heavy so unless there is another weight in between, he anticipates him going 112.

Based on the evidence presented Richard's statements were in fact correct.
Richard Salyer doesn't play well with others. He doesn't teach the kids on this forum to play well with others and ironically enough he's not well thought of by others.
