I am guessing from the advertisements the coverage is paid for by businesses in Hoxie Oberlin Plainville ie Northwest KS wrestling towns.
It would be a project and those folks have embraced it
One would have to get some wrestling emthusiasts on board and some sponsorship to make it happen
By the way, They have a one hour scoreboard show every Friday night during fall sports. They cover all boys and girls sports with video footage. Both Eight man state championships are televised and replayed each year.
