I think Derby now has 34 going to state. They had 1 more qualify in a wrestle off tonight. Good job!!

I used the listing on the web site to do the calculations.

I found out later about the two wrestlers who opted to not go to state and the two that took their place.

how does a wrestle off work?

one open spot due to some circumstances causing one of the qualifiers to not be able to go on to the next tournament. So the two kids who got beat out in the round before the consolation finals wrestle each other to determine who will take that last spot (4th place) in the next tournament.

I think no matter how many each club has going, we should be proud of each and every club for coaching these kids week after week of this LONG season. Congratulations to all the wrestlers and the coaches! And don't forget the parents, they deserve a kudos also for supporting their son/daughter all season!

JC Grapplers are having a great year- we took 41 to Districts and qualified 26 for State!! Great job guys and Good Luck to everyone at State!!

SFOSTER. Thats a great compilation that you have but There are some errors in your figures. Lakin Mat Crew had:

For a total of 12 total. Great job on all of the research though.

As we are a very small club, Effingham had six qualify for Districts. We have one going to state, and are totally proud of this wrestler and are proud of him to represent us.

You could of at least shown those that advanced 9 or more. Then Carroll Jr. would have been on the list. What were you thinking!!!!! LOL
