Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Clubs with the most kids qualified

Just wanting to get a feeling on how many kids each club has qualified to the state tournament across the state and I will start off with our club:

Derby: 33 or 34 (have one wrestle off on Monday)

WWC qualified 24.
Can't wait for Friday to head up to Topeka.

I realize that this is off topic, but I was wondering why you have a wrestle off for 4th place. Isn't that what the third/fourth place match is? Just curious.

Valley Center qualified 21 wrestlers.

my3sons, by chance did a 3 or 4th place wrestler get injured, so they took the next two and wrestled them off to get four qualifiers? Just a guess, since I'm not aware of anything but your question. Maybe you could start a new topic with this question so someone who knows might see it.

Colby Wrestling Club qualified 32 for state!! Not to bad for a small 4A school. Good luck to all the kids at state!!!!

Hey we qualified 3. Is that close to the most.

Hays Wrestling Club took 23 to districts and qualified 16 for state. With 6 champions. Excellent job wrestlers.Keep up the hard work for one more week.

Either someone in the bracket got disqualified in the finals or wont be going to state.

All I know is that of that 16, one of them is mine and we couldn't be more thrilled for him!!!!

Ark City took 27 and qualified 19 with 8 champs. I'd like tell the AC wrestlers GREAT JOB!!!!!

Chanute Wrestling Club got 13 through

Russell Wrestling Club took 15 and 13 are goin on.

Hutch took 23 and 14 qualified with 4 Champions! Way to go SALTHAWKS!!!!!!!!! :p

Dodge City is taking 15 GOOD LUCK BOYS!!!

Beloit is taking 17 to State

This doesn't compare to the numbers that some clubs are taking but Hillsboro is taking a record number for them. We are taking 5 out of 12, actually 6 qualified but one isn't able to go (previous commitment). Way to go Hillsboro!
