I think some people needs to start going west and they will quickly understand.
In my travels to SW Kansas, outside of the many two lane highways with infrequent, if any, passing lanes, find so long as I attempt to keep my speed within nine (9) miles over the speed limit, the local Sheriff generally looks the other way. The Highway Patrol on the other hand is generally not so generous.
