Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Freestyle/Greco Freestyle and Greco Tourn in Andale 4/16 and 5/21

We will once again host two tourneys at Andale HS in the old gym on Saturday 4/16/2011 before State tourney and 5/21/2011 after the state tourney. We will have old school FS/GR and hope to see everyone out for these.

What time do the wrestlers need to be there to sign up?

By 8 am

These tourneys Re shaping up nicely. We have quite a few teams committed to attending and have new medals.... A vendor and awesome food. Wonderful officials are secured....we just need to wrestle!

Someone will be there by no later than 7:00 am to begin registration.

Jenni has a good concession menu planned. If you don't like what she has, there is an excellent mom and pop restaurant, a hamburger joint at the convenience store, a beer joint, and a pizza place, in downtown Andale as well.

With the FS GR state tourney only a month away, this is a good opportunity to get some practice in, without having to drive all the way to KC for it.

Ok we are ready to do it again in Andale....Everything will run the same. Old school freestyle and greco. We will weigh from 7-8 am...bracket and wrestle. We will have a clinic at 9 or so and wrestle right after that. Greco first and then Freestyle to follow. We will do round robin brackets to give the most matched possible. We will have concessions and we will finish up early so you can enjoy the rest of your weekend. Hope to see you all at Andale this Saturday.
