The only thing I can think of that might get the numbers up is promote this as a showcase for college coaches and get as many college coaches as possible to Hays. Work with area hotels to get the college coaches discount rates while they are in town or put them up on campus.
This is what they do in other sports and in works....
Southern Plains Wrestling Camp and Showcase.. has a nice ring to it don't ya think??
