KWCA Fall Clinic

The schedule for next fall's KWCA Clinic has been established, with Rob Koll (Cornell University Head Coach), Bill Zadick (USAW Freestyle Resident Coach), Cody Bickley (USAW Manager of Coaches Education) and Jacob Marrs (Bethany College Head Coach) coming in as clinicians. This clinic is open to all Kansas coaches, and the KWCA wants to specifically invite all club coaches to come and benefit from these great coaches!.

Where will this clinic be held and how much per coach.

I am pretty sure it is in Salina. Cost ??

The KWCA Fall Clinic will be held on Friday/Saturday, October 28th and 29th in Salina at the Ramada Inn & Convention Center.

We have what will be one of the TOP line-ups of coaches/clinicians. Plus, Travis Keal is working on even more surprises for what should be a GREAT Kick-Off Weeekend to the 2011-2012 Wrestling Season!

Costs:
Gold Level is $85 and includes the FULL Clinic, KWCA Membership Card, USA Wrestling Coaches Card and a ticket to the Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday.

Silver Level is $50 and includes the FULL Clinic, KWCA Membership Card and a ticket to the Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday.

2011 Clinic DVD is $20, but you must be a member of KWCA to receive this item. Extra Hall of Fame Banquet Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased for your spouse, children and frieds.

Finally, we are hopeful that Randy Hinderliter will once again coordinate a BRONZE Level Coaching Clinic along with this year's KWCA Clinic.

Where does the early registration get mailed to or is there an early registration form? Is there an tenative time schedule for events and clinics.

The 2011 KWCA Fall Clinic will be held in Salina at the Ramada Inn Convention Center on Friday October 28, 2011 and Saturday October 29, 2011. Currently we have a tentative schedule as we are still working on a couple of other opportunities. This is the schedule right now:

Friday October 28, 2011

3pm-4pm: Registrattion

4pm-5pm: Jacob Marrs ( Head Coach Bethany College)

6pm-9pm: Rob Koll ( Head Coach Cornell University)

Saturday October 29, 2011

8am-11am Bill Zadick and Cody Bickley ( USA Wrestling)

USAW Kansas Coaches Education and the KWCA have joined together to offer a "Real Deal" to Kansas coaches.

Dates: October 28 & 29

Cost: $90.00; includes Bronze certification class, full attendance (7 hours) at KWCA technique clinic, ticket for the KWCA Banquet and Awards presentation, and KWCA membership for the year!!

Schedule:

October 28th @ 3:00 pm classroom session with Randy Hinderliter;
October 28th @ 4:00 pm technique session with Jacob Marrs, Head Coach of Bethany College
October 28th @ 5:00 pm classroom session with Randy Hinderliter
October 28th @ 6:00 pm technique session with Rob Koll, Head Coach of Cornell University
October 29th @ 8:00 am technique session with Bill Zadick and Cody Bickley, USA Wrestling
October 29th @ 11:00 am final classroom session with Randy Hinderliter
October 29th @ 12:00 pm KWCA Awards and Hall of Fame Banquet

All session will be held at the Ramada Hotel and Convention Center (formerly the Holiday Inn) in Salina, KS (Note: Sunday, October 30th is the USAW Kansas Kids State Body Meeting)

USAW Coaches Membership card* .......................... $35.00
KWCA Membership including Bronze Clinic ................ $90.00

* the price of the card is contingent upon passing a background check! If you passed it last year, you don't need it this year. If you need the background check, contact your local USAW club for the proper procedures.

Registration will be handled on-site.

This is a tremendous opportunity for coaches, made possible by the cooperation between the KWCA and USAW.

Don't forget, you won't be allowed to attend unless you have your current USAW Coaches card in hand!!
