I love preseason rankings it gives you something to do when you get bored but I am curious about 120 I know Reed beat Vieyra last year and what about Olsen haven't heard much about him Javier moved up from 103 to wrestle Reed at 112 in that match. All said, Those top 5 at 120 are all capable of finishing AC #1.

What weight is Andrew Milsap going? I figured I would see his name on there. Is Jonathon Peterson not wrestling or something? Does anyone know what weight Taylor Watkins is going? He should be a good freshman. Do you think Fiscus is going to be 32!? I saw him wrestle his freshman year at 12 and then jump to 30. Tough kid. Broc Bennnett only 8th at 285? I figured he would be atleast top 5. Jeremiah Jones? I think he should be atleast 10 at 113. State placer in 2010. Didn't qualify last year, which I think is because he just came off a broken arm. No excuses though because Charbonneau and Koehn were both hurt and still placed. Thank you for the rankings. This is what makes things interesting. I like seeing where the kids start off and end by the season. Thanks for the effort and time. Millsap is reported to go 138 and Peterson 126. Both are very close to being ranked. All the 126's are state placers in 2011 except Dickman. Peterson placed in 2010. I have not heard what weight Watkins is going. Fiscus is reported at 132. Bennett will likely move up. He has that monsterous blast double. I like Jones but don't believe he's better that Reese Cokeley. That Pittsburg team has one of the best coaches our state has to offer and should make a run in 4A!

That is true but if Reed is at 120 that's going to be a big jump for Javier who wrestled 105 this summer and Reed has beat him the last two times they met up in high school but i guess we will just see they could wrestle 3 times this year

Hey Chief, how do you feel about Kevin Arnold of Hays? I think he placed 3rd in 5A at 112 last year. Good kid, tough leg rider, and long and lanky.

Michael Olsen wrested at Park Hill, Missouri last season. He took second at 4a state. I am not saying he should be ranked ahead of Dustin.
Dan Gentzler In my opinion, Olsen is the real deal. That weight is up for grabs in 5A. If I remember right, Olson won Missouri kids state his 1st year of wrestling. I've watched him through the years and he's always been impressive. Will be fun to watch him this year.

yes, but like stated before this is a much bigger jump for javier and 106 is alot different than any other weights out there. i would put either of them before javier in the rankings.

I don't know if he meant that he didn't see him or that he might not make it down to 145? Could have meant either.

how do you think armond mccray, from heights, will do at 113? He has a real shot of placing in 6A. Never underestimate a Heights wrestler!

I see Rory Haug over Jacob Eggers. Rory placed 2nd at 160 at Garden City this past year, a weight Spencer Wilson did not place at. But Spencer did pin Eggers in the semifinals at 6a 160.

As you know, it is hard to use Wilson in a common opponent comparison. Eggers and Haug are very close.
