This is the link I find for tickets. I filled it out and it kicks back that a ticket costs 36.00 for one day? Maybe, but I think I must be doing something wrong. Is it reallly that expensive?

Go Labette!

Okay folks...There is going to be a webcast attempted for the Labette vs. Harper dual. It should be up on ustream about 6:55 if you search Labette Cardinal Wrestling.

Labette will have another webcast for today's duals. They will dual the returning national champs Clackamas at 11 today.

Labette knocks off the returning National Champs and advances to the finals 19-18 on criteria. We'll see Iowa Central in the finals.

never mind - got it back up- Cards got a little work to do.

The Labette Cardinals finished as Runner-Ups at National Duals. They beat the defending national champs and then took a tough loss to Iowa Central in the finals. I saw a team that wrestles hard the entire time and stayed mentally tough. This is the best Labette team I remember.

We shall know at the end of February. I do agree with you on them being very tough and they are very talented.

2004-05 team was pretty tough. Nearly blanked Iowa Central that season, 18-0 in duals, Regional and National Champions. I will say that this years team (2011-12) has a lot more talent.

I am just getting to know the program better this year as my son is a freshman there. I do know this; from our talks on the phone it is obvious those guys are all about TEAM. They are close and comitted to each other. The other day my boy had a pretty big win. An uncle of his gave him a call. All he talked about was the team win and never even mentioned what had happened in his match. Could not be happier that he is wrestling there under the Cardinal Staff.

Joe Renfro is definitely the best coach that i ever wrestled for.
