Open room night 6-8pm Wednesday. We'll do a good warmup and conditioning, drill from our feet, then get into a couple of groups of live wrestling.

There will be plenty of 6u kids, from 43 up to 55 lbs. 8u from 43 up to 88 lbs. 10u from 52 up to 150 lbs, 12u from 76 up to 155 lbs, 14u from 90-105 lbs, and a 160 lb 14u.

Here are a few confirmed age and weights from other clubs;
12U 115lb, 8u 64, 8u 67-70, 10u 70-73, 10u 64-67, 10u 79-82, 6u 58

Garrett haskins 14 and under 140 will be there
