Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School League Championship Attendance

Tired of hearing about Iowa--this is Kansas Todo! Have not seen a state meet since 654A left the KS Colosieum. Hell of a tournament then with all three classes on the mats at the Same time. I don't think Missouri nor Iowa has all the classes on the floor at one time--think they are split into blocks over several days. If so, that can't be very exciting!!! Yes, lets work on getting all 4 kansas State tournaments under one roof--have to first get a big enough roof!!!!!

Iowa is in blocks over 3 days. The finals run all three classes on three mats but the classes run during different sessions up to I believe the semis. Years ago they ran all classes at the same time and it was pretty darn exciting. The problem was there was not enough room for the fans. It grew to big. That's a good problem to have and I believe is a product of having one state tourney. I have to believe we have a venue somewhere at least as large as the barn in Des Moines.
