People in the Wichita area that are going to high school nationals.
Are you working out anywhere?
There is a group working out at Wichita South High School every night from 6:00-7:00 pm this week.
There will be work-outs next week over our spring break.
Last nights attenders were:
Joeseph Cornejo (Campus), Josh Baldridge (Campus), Tim Elliott (Wichita South), Dave Anderson (Campus),Scott Foster (Sedgwick), Scott Elliott (Augusta), Hentzen (Maize), Thibault (Maize),
13 total State championships in the room at one time. Anybody is invited for open gym wrestling!

Ryan Sponsel (Bishop Carroll) is looking for some big guys to work out with - is there anyone going to South who tops 180? (He does have two state championships if that helps.)

Send him up here... I top 180 if I have to, I'll help him out... then the Foster kid from Sedgwick is about 190. He will be a good one.

Mike , Iwas more impressed with the 3 studs from Campus. Not only are they good wrestlers , but good teachers. Those 3 really care about the sport. very impressed with the workout. Good job Coach mike and coach Nigg.

We have decided to go over spring break at 11:30 am 3/21-3/25.
The guys had a real good work-out last night and it's some of the most fun I have had in coaching watching these guys hook it up on a daily basis.
Tonight, Thursday 3/17/05 we will be cancelling the practice. Over half of the boys have wrestling banquets tonight. Plus, a couple expressed the need for a night off.

didnt get tickets, plus I just bought a house so I need to address my funds else where! dont worry, I wish I was there. My dad should be or will be there sometime this week-end. He has tickets

We had a great work-out this morning with a number of great high school wrestlers hooking it up for about an hour and a half. Anybody else that wants to come join in the fun feel free. We will be going at 11:30 tues, wed., and I believe friday for those not at kids state and training for high school nationals.
Today's attendence:
Elliott-(W. South) Cornejo, Anderson, Baldridge-(Campus) Cotton, Schroeder-(Hutch), Wall-(Andover), Hentzen,Patterson, Oeser(Maize), Deshazer-(West) Scott Elliott (Augusta)and a few other high school kids just working out for kids state!
