Congratulations to Louisburg senior Austin Hood on winning his 3rd state championship this weekend! Austin finishes the season at an undefeated 40-0 (and a career record of 150-13).
He won titles for the Wildcats at 112, 119, and 126 after taking 4th at 103 as a freshman. He also came just shy of winning a triple crown in 2010 -- cadet folkstyle and cadet freestyle national champion and cadet greco-roman national runner-up.
Way to go, Austin! You'll represent Kansas well at the next level!
