At the seeding meeting, prior to the start of seeding, all clubs will be called to a table to review their entries, which are due by midnight February 29, 2012. During this review weight changes will be allowed.

Be safe and if you know the majority of your entries enter them early. A club director may always add to their team entries on trackwrestling prior to the deadline without penalty.

There will be several items of business to discuss prior to the start of the seeding meeting. Keep in mind you will be voting for five officials to represent District 2 at the State Tournament. To ensure all clubs have the opportunity to participate this vote will take place prior to the start of seeding.

Each club will vote for five officials and will assign a ranking for their votes from 5 to 1. The officials receiving the highest vote results will be your officials at the State Tournament.
