With the tight deadline (as always) is it acceptable to scan and email all the signed entry forms by the deadline? It sure would be nice and I wouldn't know what the difference would be.

Obviously they will be entered into TW on time.

We voted to do away with the forms. (Last year, I believe)

I thought they were sent out to all clubs by Mike Juby a little while back.

That would be fine with me, gives me a little extra time to track down the HS and MS kids.

I think I found the one you mean. The release form? It is in the info. under the State Chmp tab on the left of this screen.

Thanks, now I have to make copies.

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BY THE SEEDING MEETING.

Sorry I should have been a little more detailed on what I was refering to.

Yes the release form, can it be scanned and e-mailed? I would have no problem to mail the hard copy also.

Just bring it to the seeding meeting (if you can).

I planned on taking them to the seeding meeting but I was just told that D3 East wants them with money in hand on the 29th. How is that possible when the deadline is the 29th at 11:59?

Pretty rough to meet that with the MS and HS kids, just saying.

On the bottom of the form it says it must be completed and turned in by the seeding meeting. So what about the high school wrestlers coming over to club wrestling and getting their cards at Park City like in years past? They won't even have their card numbers by the 29th, will they?

Yes that is what our flyer states. Some direction before hand would have helped this issue. However any club that has contacted us we have been more than accommodating with any confusion. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Thank you,
Joey

If you want to scan and e-mail, that is no problem. Either way works, bring to seeding meeting or e-mail them is fine. We just have to turn them in to the state.

You should call your respective sub district host for arrangements.
The forms need to be turned in to the district. They must be turned in to wrestle at subs. We (sub 3E) are allowing clubs to turn the forms in at the seeding meeting.
If you have any questions feel free to call the numbers or e-mail contacts on your sub district flyer.

Thanks,
Joey
