I believe it is being considered to schedule it so girls can wrestle in "girls" division as well as open for freestyle.
Jordyn Knecht (Kids ~55-60lbs) will be there and will participate in both if it is an option.
I would love to see all the girls she's wrestled this year... similar participation as we do for the girls state & national tournaments.
Put May 5th & 6th on your calendar and get them signed up. Haven't wrestled freestyle before? Come anyway, it's still "wrestling". More opportunities are being made for KS girls, the only way to grow the sport and prevent the opportunities from disappearing is to show up.
