Registration open for Brute/Adidas Nationals

Brute Wrestling announces that registration is now open for the 2006 Brute adidas Nationals to be held in Omaha, Nebraska, March 30 – April 2, 2006.

The Brute adidas Nationals is an event where all profits go to a National Wrestling Coaches Association fund that is distributed to struggling under-funded college wrestling programs.

This year there will be four divisions – Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors, each division will have the standard 14 NFHS weight classes. The top eight in each weight class and division will receive All-American honors.

The event is being held at the Sapp Fieldhouse on the campus of UNO in downtown Omaha Nebraska. Wrestling will take place Friday, March 31 through Sunday April 2, with Finals on Sunday afternoon.
