Parents & Wrestlers,

Next week we will be leaving for one of the final MAJOR wrestling events on our season. We have around 65 wrestlers that have signed up to compete at the most prestigious tournament in high school wrestling. We are looking forward to a great week of training and then of wrestling. Below is a schedule of events for everyone that is attending. Notice this is mainly about National Team Camp but if you have any questions just let me know.

Wednesday, July 11
Anyone needing a ride to Bethany College will need to meet us in Topeka at the Capital Plaza Hotel at 10:30am. We will have 3 fifteen passenger vans that will be taking wrestlers out to camp.

Registration will begin at Bethany's Warner Hall(Dorm) at 1:00pm and conclude at 3:00pm. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET TO CAMP UNLESS YOU RIDE WITH US FROM TOPEKA.

ALL WRESTLERS NEED TO BRING A NEW COMPLETELY FILLED OUT & SIGNED USA MEDICAL WAIVER FORM WITH THEM. I WAS GOING TO MAKE COPIES FROM THOSE THAT TURNED THEM IN FOR DUALS BUT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. SO BRING A NEW ONE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED.

ALL WRESTLERS NEED TO BRING PLENTY OF WORKOUT CLOTHES AND TOILETRIES. WE WILL BE WORKING OUT 3 TIMES EACH DAY UNTIL DEPARCHER AND THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING SHOWERS AND THEIR OWN PERSONALS(TOWELS-SHAMPOO-BODY WASH). WE WILL BE RUNNING IN MORNINGS SO PLEASE HAVE RUNNING SHOES. THE ONLY MONEY NEEDED FOR THE TRIP WILL BE SPENDING MONEY.

ONCE WE GET TO FARGO-THE TEAM WILL BE STAYING IN THE DORMS TOGETHER. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. We must stay together as a team.

Once we get to Fargo they will have pillows, sheets, and a wool blanket, (like we will need that)but I was wondering will Lindsbourg have bedding or do we need to bring some for camp? Not dragging my sleeping bag and pillow would be nice, but don't want to sleep on a sheetless mattress or not have a pillow.

Coach, they will not need to bring their bedding materials. Bethany will provide those in the dorms.

Weather will be better than last year. Highs in the upper 80's, maybe low 90's but in the 60's at night.
