I doubt STA will win this year. I think a good goal for them is top 3. What should be said is that they will definitly push teams like Goddard, Emporia, and Manhatten. They were still 40 points behind Goddard.
The question lies is how many of those 7 that placed last year are returning. Compare that to those returning on other teams around them (in place of state finish).
The STA wrestling program has come along way. They still have a little bit to go, however they're now being recognized as a solid program. Coach Parks has done a tremendous job.
