Starting August 26 and running through October 28 we will have Sunday workouts at Ark City High School from 1 to 3.
This is for all age groups including high school. We only ask that each wrestler have at least 2 years of experience and come ready to learn and work hard for 2 hours. We have technique, hard drilling, and some live wrestling.
The cost is $20.00 for all 10 sessions (This breaks down to $1 per hour), or $5.00 per session. For each additional child in a family it is $10.00 for all 10 sessions or $3.00 per session.
I am also trying to bring in some Oklahoma State University Wrestlers for 1 of the Sunday's for an additional fee to be announced later, but those wrestlers that have paid for all sessions will receive a discount.
Come get a jump on the 2012-2013 season.
