There will be no walk-in registration!
Registration is limited to the first 550 wrestlers
Registration will close on Thursday Oct. 18th at noon!

Weigh Ins: Friday October 19th from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm(All Weights)
Saturday October 20th from 7:00am to 7:30 am (All Weights)
220 & 285 -have the option to weigh in at 10am Saturday**

Wrestling: Wrestling will begin at 9am
Finals are scheduled for 6pm (High School Division) - Will run earlier if time permits
Jr. High brackets will be run straight through until completion

Divisions: High School (Currently enrolled in grades 9-12) & Jr. High (Currently enrolled in grades 6-8)
Weight Classes: High School: 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220*, 285*
Jr. High: 75, 82, 88, 93, 100, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 140, 150, 162, 180
NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE will be given!!
A fee of $25 will be charged to any wrestler wishing to change weight classes after Registration has closed

*220 and 285: These weight classes will not begin wrestling any earlier than NOON on Saturday
There is a special weigh in at 10am Saturday for these weight classes only!
You must confirm via e-mail that you will attend the 10am weigh in

Format: 1.5-1.5-1.5 periods for High School and Jr. High
Live results will be available on the web through Trackwrestling.com

Entry Fee: $35 per wrestler, includes a free tournament t-shirt
Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each weight. Pictures of all awards can be seen at www.fallbrawlwrestling.com

Sanction: All Wrestlers must have a 2012-2013 USA Wrestling Card
Cards will be for sale at weigh-ins on Friday night only!

Gear: Blue Chip Wrestling will have wrestling gear and merchandise available at the tournament,

Do you not need the card info to register online if you are going to buy them on site?

No, you can register with out the card. Cards will only be avalialbe for purchase on Friday night. I would encourage all Kansas Wrestlers to purchase their card through USAWKS and not wait to do it on site. If you purchase through USAWKS a portion of that card will stay in Kansas.

I know it is football season still. Fall brawl registered wrestlers - about 85% of the wrestlers signed up are in 9 weights
160 pounds or less. 15% are in the other 5 weights. I still do not like that there was a weight class lost between 130 and 145.
If there were under 106 class would we have more than 4 kids signed up for this tournament? Does Kansas have many talented wrestlers under 106 and are most of them freshman? Maybe next year the Bluechip Tournament could add an under 106 division just to see what the regional numbers are.

Does anyone know if there are weigh ins friday? or if you are required to wear head gear?

Weigh-ins 7-9 on Friday and this is a USA event so I would assume headgear is required.

Are you allowed to bring in coolers to the High School?

Do you need to have a certified coach, or can another wrestler coach another wrestler?

A current USA Wrestling Coaches card will get you free admission but is not required to coach in the corner.

Registration closes at NOON today! There will be absolutely no late entries or walk ins. Once registration is closed you will not be able to change weights without penalty. There will be a $25 fee to change weights after registration has closed.
