To be clear. My rankings are not predictions, they are just rankings. My expectation is that their dual match on January 9th will decide the #1 HWT in Kansas. No matter who wins, it will not surprise me. We have two fantastic heavyweights.

Just because flowrestling has rankings different means nothing. The guys at flowrestling do not know our kansas guys more than we do. Does it really matter anyway?

Willie Saylor is a PA guy anyway.....He does a great job, but I would say he is more worried about East Coast Wrestling and how his PA boys are doing than anything.

The Oakley kid ranked 7th at 182 is actually named Jason. His middle name might be Kyle though, I'll have to ask his dad. LOL

PJ Cheney is going 113. Morrow was #10 there and now he's #11.

Derby has got it going though. That team is a contender!

Chief,
How does 4th in 5-A automatically bump 4th in 6-A?

Cheney beat Seaton 11-6 and 11-5. Seaton beat Morrow 8-2. It was certainly not an automatic choice.

What weight is Himpel wrestling? I would guess 126 but could try and certify 120 again.

Chief,
Did Keegan Amos from Holcomb get any thought. I am not sure what weight he is going this year, but he should be tough where ever he is, he took #3 DeFore to a 1pt match in state semis last year, and finished 3rd last year.

I did consider that. Did Amos ever wrestle Jurgens? Who were his 4 losses to? He had a 15-4 record coming in. I have the finalist Jurgens ahead of him.

I think Amos might have beaten Jurgens at the GWAC League Tourney last year but I do not know for sure.

This Morrow loss occurred at Kids State where Morrow withdrew because of being ill.

I believe Jergens won early in the year, then Keegan won the next couple plus beating Salko 7-4 in the reginal finals, after Salko pinned Jergens in the semis. As far as other losses I think one of those was a forfiet at Garden City tourn due to a mistaken skin issue, and the other was late on the back side of the bracket at Garden City tourn. I am guessing he lost to Perez from Ulysses in there somewhere as well.

I think Perez beat both Jurgens and Amos at the GWAC tourney. They don't have individual results for all duals at the tourney posted, but Perez was awarded first, Amos second, and Jurgens third.

I believe you are correct Perez beat both of them, Amos lost once to Perez and Jergens lost twice to Amos, and Perez. Of course that is a long way back to remember for me though. smile

If everyone would use Trackwrestling for their events then we wouldn't have to rely on our memories for this stuff. smile Plugging the best Online wrestling tool on the internet!

In the past I have not been 100% on board with Track Wrestling, as I have always been old school, and use the old fashion pen to paper. But after seeing some of the other programs out there lately, I have to agree with Will, Track Wrestling appears to be the best out there. But this is completely different topic on the forum. So back to the All Class Rankings!!!!

WOW!! I said I agree with Will that doesn’t happen much. smile smile
